太晚睡等於自殺 Sleeping too late equal to suicide
Any beharviors desire to change the biological clock, will bring diseases to our body, it's too late to heal after 20, 30 years later.
1) Night 9-11pm - Detox of Immune System (Lymph), during this period of time, you must calm or listen music.
2) Night 11pm-1am - Detox of Liver, it proceeds during deeply asleep.
3) Mid-night 1-3am - Detox of Gall, it proceeds during deeply asleep.
4) Mid-night 3-5am - Detox of Lung. That's why patient who has cough will cough seriously at mid-night, because detox goes through the lung; don't take medicine in order to restrain the elimination of trash.
5) Mid-night 5-7am - Detox of Large Intestine, must go to stool.
6) Morning 7-9am - Time to absorb huge of nutrition by Small Intestines, must eat breakfast. It's better to eat breakfast before 06:30 for patient; and before 07:30 for general person. For those who do not eat breakfast, must change their habit, no matter if a little bit late until 09:00 or 10:00, it's better than no food during this period of time.
7) Mid-night 00:00-04:00 is a period of time for the make of blood by backbone, must proceeds during deeply asleep.
